Panco specializes in capital improvement programs that improve the physical quality of the properties, attract new residents and increase existing resident retention, and increase the cash flow of the assets. Renovations include new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, flooring, lighting, painting, roofs, boiler replacements, HVAC systems, paving, signage, exterior lighting, vinyl siding, landscaping enhancements, exterior & interior doors, playgrounds, swimming pools, tennis courts, and other upgrades.

Resident Services
Panco's resident services are industry leading; each property is provided with a unique community website that provides prospect interactivity, an interactive map of the neighborhood with local merchants, and all of the floorplans and community information for the subject property. Residents can log in to pay rent online and to enter maintenance service requests electronically.

Accounting & Reporting
Panco utilizes state of the art accounting and reporting technology to manage the daily operations at each of the properties that it manages. On site property personnel and the corporate office use several integrated software packages to effectively maintain the high standards of property maintenance and profitability that have become synonymous with the Panco name for the past 40 years.
